When you’re a busy professional, it’s so easy to get bogged down in your work…leaving off things that are really important to you. Then eventually, as it gets to be your way of life, it starts to take over even your very minutes that you could spend thinking, planning or reflecting (and spending time reflecting is so important!) or doing something that has positive effects on your life—and your business.
Work is important! And getting it done well is equally important. And growing your business is important! But… What about your “life”!?

I’ll be having a 4-session in-person course in April, titled “Chaos to Calm”, which is designed to Change your Life.
You’re already doing your work, so you know you can do it…But the way you’re carrying it out may be getting the best of your mental energy and your health. I’ll show you how to make the transformation you want in these 4 sessions.
I won’t be making the changes…I’ll be showing you how you can do it, and I’ll be there to help you.
These sessions are for professionals, sales professionals, and Realtors—and anyone else whose life goals are important to them. The sessions will be held locally at the White Picket Fence building one day per week, 4 consecutive weeks in a row, beginning at 10 a.m. The sessions last 1 ½ to 2 hours, depending on discussion. We will have a healthy snack during the session.
I am also preparing an online version of the class for later in the year.
I will be sharing with you briefly about my own journey with health issues, stress issues (and stress reduction), and how I found Functional Medicine (and what it is), and how it all changed my life.
You’ll be learning how very small changes can make huge positive differences in your life.
You’ll be learning how you can change the habits you want to change, and be able to see big differences it makes.
You’ll be learning options of things you can change slightly, that will positively affect your life overall.
You will be learning the good, the bad and the ugly of sleep; the importance of it, and how you can increase your sleep time, and your sleep quality.
You will be learning some things about nutrition, the differences in your body from things you eat (or don’t eat), good and bad.
You will be learning the cascading effects of moving your body regularly each day (or not).

By the end of the sessions, you will be able to figure out an exact plan for your commitment for yourself, and you’ll choose the way you want to do it—not designed by me. You’ll know how you can start slowly, with a strategy and a commitment to your plan.
Keep in mind, I won’t be just “teaching you” “what to do”—you’ll actually choose what to do, and the way you want to do it. You will be figuring out your own plan, that will work for You. And I’ll help you.
I’ll be showing you that you actually can feel confident that you can do it. For Life!
Life Now, and Life for the Rest of Your Life! You’ll be feeling better and looking better, and you will be getting your Work Done—interruptions and all.
This will be a small group of individuals who are interested in “Saving their Lives” while meeting their goals.
I’ll be sending information on exact dates and prices within a week or so.
