I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. My coaching is based on Functional Medicine principles that actually improve health and life.
With my coaching, you learn how small changes in the way you eat and the way you live your life can actually reverse illnesses.
I had spent several years with severe symptoms, and had seen different doctors and specialists with no positive results or even any hope of healing before I found functional medicine.
Functional Medicine took away my symptoms within 3 months of changing some of my habits and my eating.
After those experiences and after I was well, I knew I wanted to help other people find their way to health without experiencing that frustration.
I graduated from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in 2019. My coaching style is calm and relaxed with practical ideas for change—with no judgment or criticism.
It’s a meeting of like-minded individuals wanting better health with more energy and more life to enjoy!
Each Group Session has a specific subject; this session focuses on getting rid of those pesky Symptoms.
You learn how small changes in the way you eat and the way you live your life can actually reverse illnesses.
In our sessions, we discover any unhealthy lifestyle habits that, when improved, will improve your health and your life.
I guide, educate, and encourage with clear options and steady support.
The sessions are very relaxed, positive, and interactive.
I bring education around a specific topic, and we discuss the real-life issues surrounding it, coming up with solutions through health.
Occasionally, I will have a guest who presents some information and knowledge about their own expertise. We’ve had people helping with essential oils, yoga, massage, supplements, and occupational therapy.
The cost for these group sessions is presently at $50.

From Symptoms to Health: Where do you Start?
It will be on Saturday, February 21, at 10 am in Mena, Arkansas.
This will be coaching, not medical treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend. I do not recommend any specific diet or exercise routine. I do not tell you (nor hold you to) what to eat or how to exercise.
I offer education, encouragement, options, and suggestions if you want, along with support in a “no judgment” zone. No extremes; no guilt; no overwhelm.
Healing does not have to be complicated or extreme. It’s not always easy, but it’s so exciting as we meet those first goals, and then as we move on to the next ones!
