What does FOOD have to do with our Health?

This coming Saturday, March 9, from 10-Noon, I’ll be having an in-person group coaching class at The Picket Fence Building, 1171 Highway 71 South, in Mena, AR.

 

So many people describe themselves with:

No energy…

No time…

No time to think…

Brain fog…

Various pains…

Catching the “bugs” that “go around”…

Lack of Quality Sleep…

No time for FUN.

 

Why do so many people complain of these things??

 

Well, there’s not just one reason, for sure.  But if we don’t eat what our body needs for its energy, we’ll probably never be able to overcome these things, regardless of all the other good things we do for ourselves.

 

If we’re stressed, eating the right food can help us strengthen ourselves to be able to be more “in control”, and have more peace.

 

If we’re not sleeping good, the right food can nourish and satisfy our bodies so we can rest.

 

If we don’t have the energy to exercise, healthy food can strengthen our bodies, and give us the energy we need to be able to want to exercise.

 

If we’re cranky and argumentative, and just don’t feel good, at the expense of our relationships, the right food can build up your nervous system so you can not only cope, but have energy to plan fun things to do!
